MASKINFABRIKKEN NIPE APS
Maskinfabrikken Nipe was founded by Otto Pedersen in 1964. Robert Jessen took over Maskinfabrikken Nipe in 1986. January 2017, Leon Kildbane takes over the business. Leon Kildbane already owns Krima Stålindustri ApS and wanted to expand his customer base and ensure delivery of end plates for himself, but also for other stainless steel suppliers in the area.
Maskinfabrikken Nipe is a contract manufacturer specializing in stainless steel components for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
We also produce bertlede bottoms for tanks for our customers.

Facts and figures
- WELDING PROCESSES: Hand and orbital welding is qualified according to EN 15614-1 and PED 97/23/EC*.
- CERTIFICATION: TÜV DIN EN ISO 3834-2 – An international standard that specifically focuses on welding metal materials.
- PERSONNEL: Welding personnel are qualified according to EN ISO 9606-1 / EN ISO 14732 (EN 287-1 / EN 1418) and PED 2014/68/EU
- STANDARD quality assurance is performed according to the principles of EN ISO9001
- AUTHORIZED by TÜV for re-stamping materials where the customer requires material documentation.

Staffing
We’re not the biggest company, but we have a large network and are therefore adaptable. Should a larger project arise, we’re always ready to call in extra manpower for the job. We have 10-15 people working on a regular basis and have the option to hire extra staff during busy periods.
The workshop
Our workshop is designed to handle even the biggest jobs. Our largest door is 8 meters. which means very large items can be handled here.
We are equipped with, among other things:
- Orbital welder
- Scissors 3,000×16 mm.
- Roller 3,000×18 mm.
- Pipe bender
- Edge bender
- Top/bottom shaker for tops/bottoms
