GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

(POPULARLY KNOWN AS THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) IS AN EU REGULATION THAT AIMS TO STRENGTHEN AND HARMONIZE THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE EUROPEAN UNION (EU).

Information about personal data on customers/suppliers

These guidelines have been prepared based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with effect from May 25, 2018, and the new Danish Data Protection Act, which supplements the rules of the GDPR and the current Personal Data Act. Below you can read about the information collected, including how the information is processed, who has access to the information and who you can contact if you have questions or objections regarding the information collected.

Private customer / personally owned business:

If you shop with us, we store the following information about you: Name, address, telephone number, possibly e-mail address. We store the information solely for the purpose of financial and tax matters between Krima Stålindustri ApS and SKAT, and to fulfill the agreement you have made with us. We do not receive sensitive personal data about you.

Business customer/supplier:

If you are in contact with us and have provided us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address in connection with an inquiry or an order, we will store this information for this purpose. What we use your data for:

Your data is stored in our IT system, which is password and firewall protected. All administrative employees at Krima have access to your data.
