Krima builds new record-breaking stainless steel tanks
We’re proud to share the news that Krima is building two impressive stainless steel tanks, each capable of holding 1 million liters of water. These steel tanks mark a milestone for Krima as they are the largest stainless steel tanks we have ever built. Impressive transportation and precision in steel production
Our dedicated team has worked hard to ensure that every detail is in place, and it is with great pleasure that we can now show pictures from the transportation of the top and a center piece to the customer. These parts take up the whole road and it’s an amazing sight to see them being transported. The large dimensions and precision required to build such stainless steel tanks truly reflect Crimea’s capabilities and expertise.
Thanks to BMS for crane work and transportation
We would like to say a big thank you to BMS, who have been responsible for both the crane work and the transportation of the large tank parts. Their professional handling and expertise has been crucial to the smooth running of this part of the project.
Three transports and professional installation of the large tank
This transport is the first of three transports needed to get all the parts delivered to the location. Once all parts have arrived, our skilled assembly team will assemble the tanks on site and ensure they are ready for use. It’s a challenge we’re used to, as we’ve installed water tanks of considerable size in the past.
Previous experience with large projects
Although this is our largest stainless steel tank to date, we are no stranger to handling large projects. Previously, we built a steel tank that could hold 800,000 liters of water, which was also a significant achievement. This experience has enabled us to take on this new challenge with great confidence and skill.
